I had a great experience from Brenda and her crew at Comfenergy to fix a problem that has been in my attic for many years. My townhome is in Leesburg, VA and the air handler is high up in the attic, so every time it is hot and humid outside, the AC cool air forms condensation outside of the ducts and then drips down three flights to the basement, pools on the drywall and ceilings, that led to rot and mold. Comfenergy explained and educated me in full detail how to fix by closing up all the small gaps around the ducts, bathroom and kitchen exhausts, reduce heat in the attic from the roof with a heat barrier, and put in cellulose insulation to fill all areas that help reduce energy bills. I would recommend Brenda and Comfenergy for anyone experiencing a similar problem.

Cyrus came to quiet a fan that had been recently installed. My wife and I were both very impressed with his problem-solving ability. As he determined, the noise had nothing to do with the fan. He also removed some water from an outside vent which he thought, and correctly so, was causing the noise. He reattached the wallboard to the ceiling when he had finished. The problem has been solved and the fan is quiet again. Further, Mr. Toby demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills. He was able to explain, in terms we could understand, what he was doing and gave us some choices for solutions along the way. We will recommend your company to others and certainly come to you first, if we should need your expertise again.
